Accounts are issued by your employer

IRA FORCE is workforce software for security companies. You cannot create an account in the app — your employer issues one. If you are a guard or supervisor and cannot sign in, contact your company administrator first, as they can activate, unlock or reset your account immediately. If they need help, they can reach us at the address above.

Common questions

I can't sign in to the app

IRA FORCE accounts are issued by your employer, not created in the app. If your sign-in is rejected, ask your supervisor or company administrator to confirm your account is active and that you are using the email address they registered. If your account was locked after repeated failed attempts, an administrator can unlock it.

I forgot my password

Your company administrator can reset your password from the IraForce web portal. Once they do, you will receive new credentials at your registered email address.

How do I get an account?

IRA FORCE is used by security companies to manage their own guards and supervisors. Accounts can only be created by an organization that uses IraForce. If your employer does not use IraForce yet, they can contact us to arrange it.

The app asks for my location in the background — why?

Location is used while you are on shift to verify clock-in and clock-out at the correct site, to record patrol checkpoints, and to attach your position to an emergency alert so help can reach you. If you deny or later disable location access, clock-in verification, geofence alerts and patrol tracking will not work. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > IRA FORCE.

NFC checkpoint scanning isn't working

NFC checkpoint scanning requires an iPhone 7 or newer running a current version of iOS. Hold the top of your phone against the checkpoint tag until the scan confirms. If nothing happens, check that the tag is not damaged and that your site administrator has registered that checkpoint.

I'm not receiving shift or alert notifications

Check that notifications are enabled in iOS Settings > Notifications > IRA FORCE, and that you are signed in. Notifications are sent for shift reminders, task assignments, incident updates and emergency alerts. If they are enabled and still not arriving, contact us with your registered email address and the approximate time you expected the notification.

How is my data handled?

Your data belongs to the organization that employs you and is stored on their behalf. Our Privacy Policy explains what is collected and why. If you want your personal data reviewed, corrected or deleted, contact your employer first — they control the account — or write to us at the address below and we will help.

How do I report a bug or request a feature?

Email us with a short description, the screen where it happened, and the time it occurred. Screenshots help. If the issue affects a specific shift, site or incident, include that reference so we can find it quickly.
